Referral Program

Get $50! Oasis loves your referrals. We’d love to place a friend or family member into one of our properties.

If you refer a tenant to us and they end up leasing one of our rental units, we’ll give you $50! Refer a friend now.

If you know anyone who is looking for a place to rent, please refer them to us. We will contact and inform them of our available vacancies, which may meet their needs.

In order to qualify for a $50 referral credit, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Current Resident(s) must be residing at a property managed by Oasis Property Solutions and listed on the lease agreement. Current resident(s) must also be up to date on all rent and/or other charges. Current resident(s) must not have been given a 30-day notice to move out.
2. The New Applicant must qualify and meet Oasis Property Solutions tenant rental requirements. New Applicants must also sign a minimum 1 (one) year lease agreement along with all the required documentation and addendums.
3. The New Applicant must lease within 30 days from the date the referral form is submitted to our office by the New Applicant.
