Are you licensed?
Yes! We are licensed in the State of South Carolina. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes! Maintenance is 24 hours a day & via email. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes! We prefer that via ACH. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Sure, But we use a state issued lease so if you want anything added we need to make a Adnement to the lease. -
Do you sell real estate too?
No we do not, But we have a large network of realtors we work with that we can refer you to. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Between the 10th and the 15th of the month. -
How is rent collection handled?
We receive rent and then process it to the owner. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
12 months or longer. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Within 10 to 14 days. -
What type of properties do you manage?
All types! -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Monthly expense reports as well as contractor receipts on request. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We do. This helps ensure we process everything timely within the 45 days guideline and within the security deposit amount.
