Each reservation includes a damage insurance fee that covers the guest and the owner for up to $1500 in accidental damage, and we only hire the best housekeeping services in the area to ensure your short term rental is booking ready!
ACCOUNTING
Our dedicated accounting department provides professional bookkeeping and accounting for each short term rental we manage. Management fees, booking fees, online bill pay, owner draws, and taxes are all included in our management services, and owners are kept up to date on all transactions through our convenient online Owner Portal.
